POUND Fife

Pound - Rockout. Workout is a cardio jam session inspired by drumming. You get to rockout to some awesome bands such as Fall out boy, Paramore and Ellie Goulding using 'Ripstix' which are weighted drumsticks weighing 1/4th lb each, not too heavy, but heavy enough to make a difference. These awesome sticks also glow in the dark!
